Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Liora Yarn Studio.

As each skein is hand-blended and unique in color, texture, and composition, we kindly ask you to review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Period

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery (based on the tracking delivery date).

with your order number and photos of the item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwound, and in its original condition

  • Be in original packaging (including bands and labels)

  • Be returned in the same condition as received

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that have been used, wound into a ball, exposed to odors, pets, or any alteration cannot be returned.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially used yarn

  • Custom or pre-order color blends

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards or digital products

Natural Variations

Please note:

  • Each skein is hand-blended, and slight variations in color and weight (±2g) are natural and not considered defects

  • Colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings

These characteristics are part of the handmade nature of our yarns and are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  • Please email us first to request approval

  • If approved, we will provide return instructions

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective.

For international returns, please note that return shipping costs may be higher depending on your location.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
