Why does delivery take 9–12 business days?
Our yarns are carefully prepared and shipped internationally.This timeframe allows us to deliver unique, thoughtfully crafted materials while maintaining quality and consistency.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
No.
All orders are shipped with duties and taxes included (DDP), so you won’t be charged anything upon delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
What if my order is delayed?
Occasionally, shipping may take slightly longer due to customs or local courier conditions.
If your order exceeds 15 business days, please contact us and we’ll assist you.
Do you ship to all US locations?
We currently ship to most mainland US locations.
However, we do not ship to certain regions such as:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
APO/FPO military addresses
What happens if I place an order from a non-supported location?
If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you and offer:
- An alternative solution, or
- A full refund
Why is shipping not free?
We aim to keep our pricing fair and transparent.
Shipping costs are partially covered by us and balanced within product pricing to maintain sustainability without compromising quality.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
Please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order.
Once the order has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
What happens if my package is lost?
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
